Star Trek Lower Decks - Jack Ransom - Illustrious

I present my attempt at a Illustrious character LoRA for Jack Ransom from Star Trek: Lower Decks.

V2 is my second version and also produces more consistent results. I cleaned up training tags and trainer settings, as well. I got analysis assistance from chatGPT regarding tagging the accursed uniform and finally got it to be mostly consistent on the coloration for the upper body.

Add realistic to negative prompt for a more 2D style.

LoRA strength recommendations

• Use LoRA strength 0.7 with about CFG 4-5.

The tags for V2 are as follows:

The settings I used for my generation testing were 4-5 CFG, 20 steps, Euler - Karras on Forge with an adetailer (specifically face_yolov8s).

V1 is my initial attempt and produces rather nice results.

By adding red two-tone uniform to the prompts I think I FINALLY got the generation consistency to balance out because I began having MUCH better results after doing so. This character had been a tagging/training nightmare (until now) to get his uniform to consistently generate, otherwise.

The settings I used for my generation testing were 3-5 CFG, 20 steps, DPM++ 2M SDE - Karras on Forge with an adetailer (specifically face_yolov8s).
