Not my usually favorite body type, but I find him damn sexy and cute. And I'm pretty sure he knows how to use his hips.
A good weight is between ~0.6-0.7
For a chubbier appearance I suggest the use of "slightly overweight, belly", in the prompt, and "headband" for his classical look from the series.
