Samugari/Pupsicle (Youkai Watch) [ILLUSTRIOUS]

Now I’m bringing the yokai madness to Illustrious mwahahahaha! I’ve wanted to do this one since way back then, but just kept forgetting lol. Also I should clarify, despite the “pup” in their English name, there is no confirmed age for this Yokai.
