This is Unziped FLUX1.D Unchained GGUF Base Model by pretty_pixels. Credit goes to him. I only upload unziped version. Now you can download to colab with !wget and no need to waste time for unzip and delete zip file. Q5_1 version works great in google colab.
IMPORTANT!
File uploaded as ".safetensors", you must manually specify the file extension when downloading to ".gguf". Something like this:
!wget -O ./models/unet/FILE_NAME.gguf "DOWNLOAD_LINK"
