📝 Ibie'shan are a subspecies of Kig-Yar, commonly known as Jackals, first introduced in Halo 4. They originate from the isolated volcanic continent of Ibie'sh on their homeworld Eayn. Due to prolonged isolation, they have developed more reptilian features, such as pronounced jaws, short snouts, and low-set eyes . Ibie'shans have served in both the Covenant and Jul 'Mdama's Covenant forces, often fulfilling roles as light infantry and snipers. Equipped with energy shields and plasma weaponry, they are formidable adversaries in combat.
