This is LoRA of Lan Fan (CV: Nana Mizuki) from the TV anime "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood".

(I thought that most female characters of Fullmetal Alchemist would come out with NoobAI, but I was a little shocked when Lan Fan didn't come out..., so I made this LoRA before I knew it.)
