Mama Bear from the WB Cartoons, she's a creation of Chuck Jones and is the mother of baby bear, as chuck says she's Dowdy (Out of Fashion) and has weird body features (unlike most females in cartoons who look's sexy).
Bugs Bunny tried his antics on her and it backfired so hard, even bug's got creeped out.
