制御が難しいLoraです。

３画面分割で左から、正面、斜め、横向きの騎乗位がベース構造

原則としては全て１キャラクターを出力する事を前提としています。

プロンプトに反応し、複数のキャラやポーズも一応出はすると思います（コントロール困難だと思うが）

学習は2048*1152の16,9比率で実施してはいたものの、

生成アウトプットで2048*1152で出力するとそこそこ不安定気味。

現モデルの性能に合わせ、生成解像度は1280*720辺りが最も安定し、かつ、ある程度の解像度を満たせる解像度であると認識している（1600*900も今一つ安定しない）

上記にhires.fix等、高解像度処理1.6倍を加え、2048*1152で生成するのが推奨かと思います。

また、どうしても顔や人体等が崩れやすい面があるので毎度おなじみ ADetailer を使用した方がいいでしょう。

他キャラLora等の併用を考えた場合および構図制御補助として、

Control net での補助制御を推奨します。

試した限り、４分割までは構図を維持しやすいようです。実用的には３分割を推奨しますが。

Control netのサンプル線画として適当な３分割と４分割のもの入れときます。

0.4-0.5辺り　キャラLoraを併用する場合、画風への影響を抑えるため、こちらを使いたい。

　　　　　　一応、４分割画面まで処理は可能な模様。５分割は無理。

　　　　　　Control net canny 自体の強度は1.0辺りでいいかと思います。

open eyes か closed eyes いずれかを指定するようにしてください。

!! IMPORTANT !!

This is a LoRA that is difficult to control.

The base structure is a 3-panel split: from left to right — frontal cowgirl position, angled cowgirl position, and side-facing cowgirl position.

The intended use is to generate a single character across all panels.

Technically, it can react to prompts and may generate different characters or poses, but control is expected to be difficult.

Although training was done at a 2048×1152 (16:9) resolution, generating output directly at 2048×1152 tends to be somewhat unstable.

Based on current model performance, generating at around 1280×720 resolution is the most stable while maintaining reasonable image quality. (Even 1600×900 feels a bit unstable.)

It is recommended to use high-resolution upscaling (hires.fix) ×1.6 after generation, aiming for 2048×1152.

Also, due to frequent issues like face or body distortion, it's highly recommended to use ADetailer as always.

If you want to combine it with other character LoRAs or support composition control, it’s recommended to assist using ControlNet.

In tests, maintaining structure up to 4 splits seemed possible, but for practical use, 3 splits is recommended.

Reducing below 1.0 might cause the 3-split layout to collapse into 2 splits.

Using ControlNet (recommended):

0.4–0.5 is ideal to minimize the influence on art style when combining with character LoRAs.

4-panel layouts are manageable; 5 panels are not feasible.

ControlNet Canny strength around 1.0 should be fine.
