This is Lora by Sugisaki Ringo, who appears in Seitokai no Ichizon.
The necklace is not very well reproduced, so if you set the strength to 0.8, the necklace will not be reproduced properly, but if you don't mind, 0.8 is fine. If you want perfect reproduction, set it to 0.9.
