Houshou Marine from... no idea, because I don't know how the whole vtuber stuff works. I only know the character because of the bazillon fanart.

No need to say this character can be done without lora, even in 1.5 models you could do that since she has like 15k entries. This is just my personal recipie for the character.

I wanted it so anime that would break the anime scale.
