Model description
I present my Illustrious character LoRA for Kaidan ALenko from Mass Effect.
V2 is my second version and attempt to get the face to generate more accurately by adjusting the training set. I also reduced the LoRA file size. I did notice how his hair always look black in-game but Google lied and told me people think his hair is dark brown so I adjusted the training tags in that regard and the results are definitely better this time.
Recommended LoRA strength: 0.7-0.8
Also, I use an adetailer in my generations for this LoRA.
V2 main tags are as follows:
mekalenko, 1boy, adult male, dark brown hair, short hair, thick stubble, brown eyes
V2 outfit tags are as follows:
uniform shirt, sleeves rolled up, uniform belt, uniform pants, uniform boots
spacesuit, gauntlets, belt, boots
topless male, black boxer briefs, barefoot
The settings I used for my generation testing were 3-5 CFG, 20 steps, DPM++ 2M SDE - Karras on Forge with an adetailer (face_yolov8s).
V1 is my initial version and produces decent results. I tried to include 2 outfits (3 if you count just him in his boxer briefs) and they generate well enough. I feel the face isn't too far off from how he actually looks even if it does feel 100%. I had the same issue with Nathan Drake and at this point I'm just gonna assume IL is a bit wonky like that no matter how many times you train certain characters.
