It's quite easy to break down, so you'll need to use a "gacha"(Generate it again and again)
but please give it a try if you like.

Lora strength: 0.6 (low recommended)
Required prompt :

Add as desired :
race, Thigh tights, fishnet tights, choker, garter belt, garter straps
If you are an advanced user, try adjusting the hierarchical weights of Lora Block Weight.
Feel free to try out different checkpoints, samplers, etc...
Even a simple Hires. fix with a 2x upscale will improve the results, so please try it !
