[Capcom] Resident Evil 2 1998 Background Scenery Illustrious

The model I think is fairly self explanatory.

Currently kind of an experiment for the 1.0 version. Trying some of Nanashianons suggestions in a way. I'll append the dataset to this one for once because it may make more intuitive sense with the images and tagging data to sort of puzzle out what can be done with this effectively. I do like how it turned out so far for some of it like like the firey outside action scenes. But there's still room for improvement for sure, especially if trying to go for that whole 'retro' look. If anyone has any suggestions on how to improve this, I'm all ears, and feel free to take the training data and experiment on your own. I don't mind competition haha, in fact I hope you make a better model so I can learn from you. We're all in this together.
