Siulajia from Treasures of the Savage Frontier, an old Forgotten Realms video game.

There's only really one pixelated picture of her (and the box art) so this kinda pushed my "working with a limited data set" skills to the limit, but it seems to have come out about as well as I could hope given that.

Version 1.0 had a bug in the training data that made it really want to give her fangs

Version 1.5 fixes that
