Otoha Kurogane is a character from the Japanese manga "Rock wa Shukujo no Tashinami deshite" (ロックは淑女の嗜みでして), also known as Rock Lady.

She’s the drummer of the four-member all-girls band Rock Lady.

While she’s usually calm and gentle, she shows a completely different side when it comes to rock music—her tone becomes rough and intense. That contrast is part of her unique charm.
