Turret LoRA

Another attempt at creating a LoRA for this character, zero clue on how good it'll work.

I strongly encourage editing/adding upon this LoRA to improve it because I have very little clue on how to make things like this. if someone does actually end up modifying it I'd like to be notified so I can see it.
