Seitarou Tanabata is a nervous but well-meaning guard at Nanba Prison, known for his overly polite manner and tendency to panic under pressure. Assigned to supervise Building 13, he constantly struggles to keep up with the wild and unpredictable inmates. Though often timid and easily flustered, Seitarou genuinely wants to do his job well and earn the respect of both his superiors and the prisoners. His awkwardness and sincerity make him a lovable and comedic character in the series.
