Anyway this LORA is for you. It replaces pussies with patches of skin, with a good texture, but without a hole. It works with anuses in a similar way.
Sometimes there are difficulties with the nipples because LORA makes pale pink circles in place of the nipples, instead of smooth skin. But if you play with the settings and make an INPAINT, you can easily achieve the desired effect.

During the generation process, I highly recommend disabling the standard prompt for PONY model:
