🚀 How to Use

1. [Recommended] Deploy on RunPod for best performance (40GB+ VRAM strongly recommended):

   • Use this template

   • Launch a new RunPod GPU instance with at least 40GB VRAM for smooth NSFW video generation.

2. Or, run locally:

   • Start ComfyUI on your own hardware (note: high VRAM GPU required for optimal results).

3. Load the workflow file into ComfyUI.

4. Add your desired models (checkpoints, LoRAs, VAE, etc.), if needed.

5. Download custom nodes via manager

6. Start generating high-quality NSFW videos and images instantly!

🔧 RUNPOD – Environment Variables

This workflow supports automatic model downloading using Civitai IDs, fully customizable via environment variables.
Upon startup, the script will check the following ENV variables and download the corresponding models directly into your ComfyUI folders:

Supported ENV variables:

• LORA_IDS
  Comma-separated list of Civitai LoRA model IDs to download into /app/ComfyUI/models/lora.

• MODEL_IDS
  Comma-separated list of Civitai Checkpoint (base model) IDs to download into /app/ComfyUI/models/checkpoints.

• DOWNLOAD_BASE_IMAGE_MODELS (true/false)
  If set to true, will automatically download two popular base image models (IDs: 501240, 915814) into checkpoints folder.

• DOWNLOAD_720P (true/false)
  If enabled, downloads the 720p AnimateDiff UNet (ID: 1464208) into /app/ComfyUI/models/diffusion_models.

• DOWNLOAD_480P (true/false)
  If enabled, downloads the 480p AnimateDiff UNet (ID: 1463630) into /app/ComfyUI/models/diffusion_models.

• CIVITAI_API_KEY(your_api_key)
  Your Civitai API key for model downloads (required for automated fetching).

• DOWNLOAD_BASE_LORAS (true/false)
  If set to true, will automatically download three popular LORAs (IDs: 160240, 25584, 11914) into checkpoints folder.
