Buzam A. Calessa, also known as "BC", is Nirvana's second-in-command. She is a brilliant tactician who provides tough and decisive orders. BC is typically stationed on the bridge, monitoring data and evaluating crew performance. In the second season, it is revealed that she is Tenmei Uragasumi, a commander of Taraaku Intelligence and a male spy who has undergone a complete sex change, taking on a female voice thanks to the green, jewel-like gadget on her necklace. However, she remained loyal to the team due to her interactions with the Nirvana crew members and the trust she developed with Magno Vivan. Magno finally forgives her and allows her to stay second-in-command of the Nirvana, as long as she remains BC.
