Fwank - Loaded / Re-Loaded

This character is from an old PlayStation game called Loaded and its sequel Re-Loaded. Almost every piece of media with this character in it was very low resolution and/or pixelated so this was a challenge but I think it came out decent.

Also, most of his appearances vary, so his clothing and weapon won't be especially consistent.
