Brock from Pokémon. I trained it predominantly on his Sun & Moon appearance since it was a more modern interpretation of classic Brock from the Pokemon anime.
Please use adetailer!
His Masters Ex outfit is hit or miss. I trained it extensively before giving up but did include it if you have the patience for it.
In general it helps to use colored_eyelashes, white_eyelashes in the negative.
There's a Brock Obama meme in here for us oldies. And a Takeshi no Paradise allusion for the hardcore Pokemon fans.
