性能的には少しマシになった程度。顔の乱れを抑止するため、

学習浅めのものを選択。それに伴い構図固定力少し弱め。

v3側は学習07,09,11を添付。好きなの使ってください。

とはいえ結局、ADetailer使うに越したことはない。というオチだが…

チアリーディングにおける開脚ジャンプ。

チアリーディングでのジャンプ自体はタグ複合としてあるもののジャンプ位置頂点辺りにおけるピッとした足伸ばしがそうそう出ないため作成

まぁ、Control net経由すれば作れるけど

ぶっちゃけcontrol netの方が安定感はいい

推奨強度 0.8-1.0

全体映す場合、横長推奨

Adetelarは顔だけでも可といえば可かな。微妙なとこではあるが。

■Lora使用にあたって

　目が非常に潰れやすい。Adetelar必須

　他Lora使わないなら0.4、他Lora使うなら0.5程度入れて、モデルの顔、服装とかを描きなおししたほうがいい。

　横長推奨。全体フルボディ入れる場合、高解像度が推奨される。

　正方形だと大体靴先が切れる感じか。まぁ、足の一部が画面切れすると顔出力が逆に安定したりするが…
　学習画像の足は全て一直線を使用しているが、足角度はややガチャになる面がある。

　推奨強度 0.8-1.0
　推奨ワード　服装詳細記載推奨。チアリーディングポンポンを使うとチアリーディングの服装に少し引っ張られる感じがある。そのため、服装を明確に指定したほうがいい。
　　　　　　　ある意味、それも含めてAdetelarで描き直しした方がいいともいえる

v2 and v3 Released

Technically, v3 is just the anime-colored version of v2.

In terms of performance, it's only a slight improvement. To reduce facial distortion, I chose a lighter training depth, which slightly weakens composition retention.

v3 includes versions trained on epochs 07, 09, and 11 — feel free to use whichever you prefer.

That said, using ADetailer is still highly recommended — no surprise there.

Concept

A LoRA focusing on the cheerleading toe-touch jump. While cheerleading jumps can be prompted using tag combinations, the sharp leg extension at the jump's peak rarely comes out properly. So, I created this LoRA to address that.

To be fair, ControlNet achieves this more consistently and reliably.

Recommended Settings

Suggested strength: 0.8 – 1.0

Recommended aspect ratio: Horizontal (especially for full-body shots)

ADetailer: Optional for facial correction, but still helpful

Notes on v1.0 (Older Version)

■ About using this LoRA:

The face is highly prone to distortion → ADetailer is strongly recommended

If you’re not using any other LoRA: try weight 0.4

If using alongside other LoRAs: use around 0.5, and consider using ADetailer to redraw the face and outfit

Horizontal layout is recommended.

For full-body compositions, high resolution is also suggested.

Square ratios tend to crop off the toes — although interestingly, cutting off part of the legs can stabilize the face output.

All training images used straight legs, but foot angles might vary due to output randomness.

Recommended Prompts

Clearly define the outfit details.

If you include cheerleading pom-poms, the model may be biased toward cheerleading costumes — so it’s better to explicitly describe the desired clothing.

You could also rely on ADetailer to correct the outfit if needed.
