Trained on StallionDreams so VirileStallion works very well. The lora seems to work well with many realistic checkpoints. Change the strength depending on the checkpoint. I recommend 0.5 or higher, but it depends on what you are trying to generate and how much of the style you want. I overtrained it, so 1 is probably a bit much.

Tip: Use "skinny" in the positive prompt, "muscular", "bodybuilder" in the negative promp...
