Note : I've noticed that getting Yennefer to work on Illustrious can be a bit annoying, especially because I try to get the "3D" effect of the video games. Use the same prompts I use to try to get the most faithful effect possible , ADetailer for the mole is important but with weight 1 the mole usually positions it correctly anyway

Strength: 1 (8 is good too, personally though I recommend 1)
