It's the anime mascot of Godot engine. LoRA trained with 13 images of the 2D art and 7 images of the 3D model.

• Outfit: black thighhighs, gloves, shirt, blue shirt, shorts, white shorts, white gloves, fingerless gloves, boots

I recommend using Fingers adjusters to improve hands (official art has bad anatomy).
