Using tags like "garter belt" or "garter strap" with the Noob and Illustrious models usually won't give you clean, non-silicone thigh-highs. Most of the time, you'll end up with lace-trimmed ones. This LoRA helps generate simple, clean thigh-highs and stockings without lace trim.

If you use tags like "garter belt" or "garter strap," there's a high chance lace trim will appear. To create a garter strap look without using those tags, it's better to use "stockings" instead of "thighhighs."
