Simple text2img ComfyUI Workflow with optional refiner model and face/hand detailers

V2.0 Update - As requested I have added a hand detailer as well as a face detailer. It needs a bit more tweaking with the settings to work well, but I've added some notes in the workflow itself.

I've been learning how to make simple and elegant looking ComfyUI workflows. I put this one together to have the option of using a base model and a refiner model as well as including a FaceDetailer node to fix any dodgy faces.

I mostly run pony checkpoints and I have been using this workflow to generate the starting images for my recent WAN i2v videos.
