Fam, Ihrie and Rasha from the 1995 OVA, Ruin Explorers. Originally a manga published in "RPG Magazine" in Japan. The mangaka, Tanaka Kunihiko (田中久仁彦), went on to work on character designs for Xenogears.

The model can be finicky about generating Ihrie by herself. You should specify black hair and black eyes, otherwise it tends to generate Fam...
