Saw this outfit on social media and was surprised not seeing a lora for it. The red top usually comes in untied, but if you want it to untied then just put open shirt, open blouse or vice versa with tied shirt, tied blouse,

The original pics have the bikini side straps on the side. If you don't want them then put side straps, bottom side straps on your negative prompt. If you want them to appear more then put those on your regular prompt.

Sadly, there's nothing I can do with the bikini bottom. Since I couldn't find pics of it then you can use Crochet bikini bottom as a keyword and then use the seed on the bottom you like.
