Naomi (ナオミ) from THE UROTSUKI/Urotsukidoji New Saga character lora.
This turned out awful and gave me lots of troubles, ended up training it on site, "UniPC" sampler seems to give the "best" results.
She has issues with the eyes, they're "gold" or "brown", can't really tell.
