모델 설명
The model I think is fairly self explanatory.
Wasn't really sure how to tackle this one, since the art of Carmen off google images was kind of a variations of styles and largely fan art, wasn't sure if I should use the netflix shows style of art only, or what little official art I could find, and sort of threw the stuff I liked the most from both netflix and the other official sources as well as what I assume were a.i generated images.
In hindsight, I should have listened a bit to the advice of that gentleman who suggested doing 'eras' of styles of the character as he does with his, but I don't think it's too important for this character in specific, but I'll likely consider that in the future when I get in a silly mood to do a niche character.
I think it did turn out fairly well, but I've never been particularly skilled at doing unique characters. I saw other people did the Resident Evil 3 nemesis of various era's, and I wonder how they succeeded so well, because I found that I had to do a lot more steps than normal for him when I did my attempt, due to his unique features such as tentacle veins that bulge out not really catching on with what I normally attempt, but I try not to pry into others work too much, since I consider that to be their sort of trade secret haha, but then again, I sort of tend to leave doing characters to the pros.
We did NOT expect that level of ░B░O░O░B░A░!░ within the LoRA of "[Broderbund (Gene Portwood and Lauren Elliott Et Al)] Carmen Sandiego Character Illustrious"!
-I would remove this little part above from the template but it's so dumb that I've kind of fallen in love with it.-
The character Carmen Sandiego was originally created by a team at Broderbund in the early 1980s. Her name was coined by writer David Siefkin, who based it on Carmen Miranda and San Diego, California . The visual design for the original video game was handled by Broderbund artists Gene Portwood and Lauren Elliott, working alongside Dane Bigham to shape her look and persona
Distinctly:
David Siefkin conceived the character name and wrote the first script draft.
Lauren Elliott and Gene Portwood, as part of Broderbund’s design team, created the early visual style and graphics of Carmen used in the educational game series
If you’re referring to the design of Carmen Sandiego’s look in the Netflix animated reboot (2019–2021), that series’ character designs—including Carmen’s modern appearance—were developed by Chromosphere LA (also known as Chromosphere Studio). They produced the opening title sequence and the character style for the show under directors Manddy Wyckens and Eusong Lee
So, depending on context:
Original Carmen Sandiego game (1985) → Visual designers: Lauren Elliott and Gene Portwood (name/script: David Siefkin).
Netflix reboot animated series (2019– ) → Character and title-sequence design by Chromosphere LA.
Works well at a strength of 1.
