Queen Athena (The Little Mermaid)

Yeah, I decided to make another character from The Little Mermaid after being done with Ariel's sisters. I figured I might as well do Queen Athena as well when I'm at it since it's best to have a model for her as well, given the distinct physical difference between her and Ariel.
