Heroine Pack (Horror Book 2): Shiori, Megumi, Haruka, Aya, Keiko

A "horror" game by Alibi, a studio that makes fairly simplified games. This one is a parody of Friday 13th or just generic campsite slashers. Three girls arrive at a camp and meet two dudes and two other girls there. After they get separated, killing starts and you need to escape with one of several possible methods, ideally before everyone else dies. Characters that you're not playing as will randomly die offscreen, but can be saved if you're fast enough.

Shiori, Megumi and Haruka are three main playable characters, while Aya and Keiko are pretty much cannon fodder with no scenes. But after beating the game once, you can play as them and even the two dudes and escape. And even in the original playthrough, they can survive, if RNG decides to target someone else instead. I am not sure if you can save everyone, as first death serves as an indicator that there is a killer.
