Cammille "Cammi" Benally from Marvel Comics. Originally introduced in Drax the Destroyer, she also appeared in Annihilation, Avengers Arena, Avengers Undercover, and this is based on her appearance in Revenge of the Cosmic Ghost Rider. I'm probably like one of 10 people that remembers this character, but someone better bring her back soon.
