Lora for Fenghuang from Kung Fu Panda: LOA for Illustrious.

V1 has some issues with the wings always being splayed outward, if I get a chance I'll make a V2 which fixes this. Also I trained this model on publicly avail be images on google search, with V2 I'll go and grab some screencaps manually to improve the model accuracy.
