Heather (Total Drama)

A new character model, finally! Ive seen a few Total Drama characters on here, but I haven't seen Heather even though she was one of my favorites from when the show originally aired. Shes the type of character you just love to hate. Anyways, usual stuff here, use at a weight of 1.0 and adjust as needed. Top doesn't generate super well as of v1.0, will see whats possible with manual tagging.
