Eunhwa(Nikke)(TU + Standard + Not Tactical)

Just pulled the TU Eunhwa today so I can finally release this.

I'm not supper happy with the default outfit but I can't seem to get to be consistent. Might give it another go but I think it's more reliable than AutachYuri's version so that's something.

Adding "purple_eyes" might help since sometimes they come out as soft blue without it.

TU Look:  eunhwa_tu, absolut_bra, gloves, absolut_pan, tactical_upgrade, short_shorts, thighhighs, thigh_plate, absolute_boots, tu_jacket, beret, red_armband

Default Look(a bit unstable): eunhwa_def, jacket, hood, leotard, govtag, std_outfit, chaps, fingerless_gloves, beret, belt, boots, crotch_strap

Not Tactical(Not quite stable, not a lot of art yet): eunhwa_not_tac, white_dress, white wrist_scrunchie, bracelet
