KatChanVT - VTuber

Goal: Faithfully reproduce KatchanVT’s sci-fi catgirl design (short fuchsia bob with turquoise tips, cat ears with a gold piercing on the right, amber slit pupils, small fangs, magenta tech bodysuit with cyan arrow lines, white chestplate marked “XIII”, chunky sneakers with cyan energy accents, optional white→cyan gradient jacket with mesh sleeves and a circular time-machine generator on the back).

Dataset (curation)

• 28 clean SFW images:
  6 full-body no jacket • 6 full-body with jacket (incl. 2 back views for the generator) • 6 bust/portraits • 4 close-ups (eyes/ears/piercing) • 4 action poses (blaster).

• Auto-tags + manual fixes.

  • Prepend (invariants): katchanVT, cat_ears, short_bob, ahoge, pink_hair, gradient_hair, turquoise_hair_tips, yellow_eyes, slit_pupils, small fangs, pink_to_turquoise_tail

  • Append (per subset): magenta_bodysuit, cyan_glowing_lines, arrow_motif, white_chestplate, roman_numeral_xiii, black_side_panels, thigh_holster, chunky_sneakers, white_cyan_gradient_jacket, translucent_sleeves, triangle_mesh_texture, back_view, time_machine_generator

  • Blacklist: outfit/color drift (maid, kimono, swimsuit, bell_collar, horns, wings, etc.).

  • Auto-label params: Max Tags 30, Min Threshold 0.40, Existing: Append.

Training (SDXL LoRA)

• 1024×1024 resolution, centered crops (full-body + half).

• UNet rank 128 / alpha 64; TE rank 16 / alpha 8 (if TE LoRA used).

• Optim: AdamW 8-bit, LR 1e-4 (UNet) / 5e-5 (TE), cosine schedule + 5% warmup.

• 12 epochs, batch 2, grad-accum 1, bf16 mixed precision, Min-SNR = 5.0.

• No reg images (style is already homogeneous).

Recommended usage

• Weight: 0.6–0.9 (sweet spot 0.75).

• Sampler: DPM++ 2M Karras • 28–36 steps • CFG 4–7.

• Negative prompt: long_hair, blue_hair, purple_eyes, fox_ears, bunny_ears, horns, wings, maid_outfit, ribbon, frills.

Known issues & workarounds

• Hair too long / wrong color → add short_bob, ahoge, pink_hair, turquoise_hair_tips.

• Eye color drift → reinforce yellow_eyes, slit_pupils.

• Missing motifs (arrows / “XIII”) → add arrow_motif, roman_numeral_xiii and raise weight to 0.85–1.0.

• Generic catgirl if token omitted → always include katchanxiii at the start.

Roadmap v1.1

• More back views (generator) and blaster poses for stronger consistency.

• Balance visor/no-visor at ~50/50 and add hood up/down variations.

• Consider a QLoRA “lite” build (VRAM-friendly) if requested.
