I use Civitai for lora training, image reactions, posting images or tips are very appreciated, helps me create more lora.

This one really comes out of nowhere, long story short, I run a dnd campaign and I wanted to have a town where all the NPCs looked a certain way. I usually do the old reliable photoshop. But with the amount of npc I though to give this a try. it didn't turn out too bad...

When trying to generate other characters I recommend to first try without triggers and just play with the weights,.
