Model description
3D style is a visual expression form that simulates a three-dimensional sense of space on 2D carriers (such as screens and paper) through digital technology or manual modeling. Its core is to present "three-dimensionality" and "spatial depth," distinguishing it from the 2D flat effect of graphic design.
It endows visual elements with a sense of volume—making them seem touchable—through light and shadow rendering (e.g., light-dark boundaries, shadow projection), perspective relationships (e.g., objects appearing larger when close and smaller when far), and material simulation (e.g., metal reflection, fabric texture). It is commonly used in fields like film animation (e.g., 3D movie characters), game scenes, product design drawings, and advertising visuals.
Creating 3D style requires building a virtual 3D model first, then completing the process through rendering, lighting, and other steps. Its advantage lies in more intuitively restoring the shape of objects and enhancing the sense of immersion in scenes. It not only ensures the clarity of information transmission (e.g., product structure display) but also boosts visual impact, making it one of the important styles in modern design and digital art.
