The stethoscope and breasts tattoo are pain in the ass to be trained, so both are most likely to be unstable and unable to resemble perfectly with the canon. Why?
1. The original source does not have a good shot of them
2. I already using 1080p videos as resources, but the screenshot result are still have bad details
3. There's no official art for the character. In theory I could go seek the game illustration version. But that's game version, it has different style from the anime
