Seviper Head | Snake Head | Head Swap | Illustrious

Model description

I made this LoRA to give characters a Seviper for a head but it ended up working way better than expected, and can give almost anything with a head another head of a different type as long as certain steps are followed.

All the preview images were made in Xavier checkpoint with no other loras, but it should work with loras as well, though it can be a little more difficult to blend two loras together then say, use one lora with a generic snake neck.

Works on almost anything with a head, anthros, humans, even ferals. Have only tested with Solo, not sure how it handles multiple characters.

The activation tag is s3v1p3rh3ad but the tag by itself does not do much on it's own. The real tag that makes the magic work is (long neck). There are also several kinds of variations that can be created with various combinations of tags. (long neck) without any other tags creates a serpentine-ish head while still mostly retaining the head's features. Adding (snake) with (long neck) give a more snake like appearance while keeping the coloring the same as the subject.

The Real fun happens when you had a second subject while keeping the (solo) tag. With two subjects, if you have (subject 1) and (long neck) with (subject 2) along with something like (white neck) if subject 2 is say Lugia, it should make subject 1 with the head and neck of a Lugia, while leaving the rest of the body mostly unchanged. It will usually add a tail if the body doesn't have a tail normally but this can be fixes with negative tags or (no tail).

If the body is blending together a good fix is a tag with the color you want the body to be and then shoulders so for example a Feraligatr body will generate less blended with (blue shoulders).

Works on taurs as well, just include taur in the prompt and then use the color for neck and arms of the upper body you want, and legs and tail for the lower body.

If you are having trouble getting the second character to show up at all adjusting the strength of each character tag to be stronger or weaker accordingly should fix most issues.

Because of the images used in training, it will often generate the head with red or yellow eyes, and the mouth will often be open, these are fixable with tagging. Despite being trained on Seviper images, they were made with chatgpt and the quality is not the best, so if generating seviper the quality is not the greatest.
