Aoi and Zombie Nurse (Hospital of the Dead)

Another game from the same developer as Infectious Mansion 2. Aoi technically appears in two games, this and Panophobia, though she we only find out it's the same person at the very end of that game, as she basically transforms. You generally run around a zombie hospital and throw scalpels at them. If you lose, you bang the one you lost to. Losing to a nurse always felt interesting though, as they just blow a random dude together. Not to mention, Aoi is the one wearing nurse's cap, so it felt like the zombie girl just turned out to be pretty friendly and happily placed her cap on Aoi's head. Given the hallucinations at one of Infectious Mansion endings, Aoi is probably just infected and sees zombies more human than they are at that point. But regardless, that nurse seemed too much of a sweetie in that scene to not include her.

I also had to mirror some of the images before training this, because Aoi is supposed to have an eyepatch on the left eye, but game lacks consistency and some scenes have it on her right one. There's also the fact that both this game and Infectious Mansion had constantly changing breasts size on them...
