(Original character) Cistra

Here is my new character : Cistra, the star princess. I'd recommend :

• 1024x1024 at least (1280 x 1280 could give better results)

• Weight 0.6 to 1.0

• This has been optimized for Illustrious, but feel free to experiment with Pony
