Warning: This LORA is fine with anime, but the current generation of Illustrious photorealism Checkpoints still struggles with understanding robot characters. It leads to mistakes and misinterpretations that are not caused by the LORA. Use the Pony version if you want proper realism.

Here are all the prompts to consider:

# c3po, android, robot male, golden metallic skin, golden glowing eyes, black midriff with wiring,

You can replace all colors to silver and more. He is considered a 'boy' in prompts.

Variations:
# one red arm, one silver leg, or, (no skin, no exterior plating, interior skin, wires body),

Last one is his exoskeleton version. You can direct his arms around.

Special features:
# r2d2, robot companion, or, human male, human female,

Since R2D2 is so important to him, he has been trained with his friend! This LORA should also be able to interact with humans and their LORAs. Force it by using human (fe)male. Use Negative Prompts to remove unwanted features, like a nose, bolt on torso, or R2D2.
