🎨 Yannick Corboz (born June 6, 1976, in Annecy, France) is a French comic book artist and illustrator. A graduate of the Émile Cohl School in Lyon (1999), he began his career in video game animation before transitioning to comics. He gained recognition with early works like Voies Off and BD Ciné: Woody Allen, and later collaborated with writers such as Wilfrid Lupano (L’assassin qu’elle mérite) and Pascal Bertho (Brigade Verhoeven, adapted from Pierre Lemaitre’s novels). His expressive, painterly style blends narrative dynamism with emotional depth, often drawing comparisons to expressionist art.
