After several attempts to simplify my own prompts, I decided to combine several of my own LoRA's into one. it Adds texture and slight imperfections to the skin, correction to the eyes, hands and feet. Version 3 adds teeth, hair colors and hair textures. Post your images, leave a note. Thanks!
