Octopus weapons of mass distraction

Well, it's a very retro and well-known meme and common trope from classic anime. Accidents happen especially in the beach episodes. But the actual idea came from an old PSP game, "Kamen no Maid Guy - Boyoyon Battle Royale," based on the anime of the same name.
