Mafuyu Fujii the prosecutor from Judgment (Judge Eyes in Japan) and its sequel Lost Judgment, the series being spin-off of Yakuza/Like A Dragon series. She only wear one outfit in both games except one time she put on a disguise with blonde wig and red dress. I wanted to include that one for training, but I'm afraid it may affect the main look so I decided not to,
